We all know how tough it is to stay motivated to workout so get creative! Here are some things you can do to keep your workouts fresh and motivating:
Complacency is the enemy! Change up reps and sets
Don't get stale! Change the order of the exercises you do each time you train
Short and Sweet! Give yourself a 10 min HIIT workout at least once a week
Experiment! Try new exercises
Do your homework! Before bed and after you wake up do 10 burpees
Just by doing the 5 things listed above you will take your workouts to an entire new level! So get creative and don't fear try anything and everything until you find what works.
