Creativity in your workout is imperative!

We all know how tough it is to stay motivated to workout so get creative! Here are some things you can do to keep your workouts fresh and motivating:

  1. Complacency is the enemy! Change up reps and sets

  2. Don't get stale! Change the order of the exercises you do each time you train

  3. Short and Sweet! Give yourself a 10 min HIIT workout at least once a week

  4. Experiment! Try new exercises

  5. Do your homework! Before bed and after you wake up do 10 burpees

Just by doing the 5 things listed above you will take your workouts to an entire new level! So get creative and don't fear try anything and everything until you find what works.
