Service Description

The great thing about Camp Swole IS THAT IT TEACHES KIDS THE BASIC FUNDAMENTALS OF FITNESS. From stretching to body composition, to muscle endurance and muscular strength, to cardio vascular health we cover all the aspects of fitness. Younger kids focus on mobility, functional movements, and body weight resistance where as the older kids will do the same, but more WEIGHT TRAINING that's appropriate for their age.
